What You’ll Do

• Assemble complex components and finished products to defined specifications and quality criteria.
• Perform in-process quality checks to confirm proper fit, function, and accuracy.
• Work closely with peers and leads to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a spotless, well-organized station to maximize safety and productivity.
• Flag issues, variances, or material concerns quickly to your supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and site procedures without exception.
• Engage in ongoing training and skill development to expand your capabilities.
