Description

Imagine your day building machines that power industry

You arrive at our Merrimack, NH facility and begin by staging parts for the day’s builds. You’ll read prints and schematics, verify bills of material, and organize key tops, switches, levers, and wires. As the line spins up, you operate assembly equipment and apply your hand tools to make, repair, and assemble components into finished products. Throughout the shift, you own both output and quality—visually inspecting parts to standards, flagging any flaws, and routing items for rework per our procedures. You collaborate closely with teammates to keep work moving, document progress on forms and graphs, pack completed units, and jump in to troubleshoot inoperative equipment. Before you wrap, you’ll perform routine preventative maintenance and leave your station clean, safe, and ready for tomorrow.
