You set up and dial in the metalworking equipment, feed heavy stock safely, and begin a steady cadence of producing precision parts. Throughout the shift, you tune machine parameters, listen for anomalies, and troubleshoot issues before they slow production. You collaborate with teammates to refine processes, then wrap up by documenting output, quality checks, and performance data so the next run starts strong.

What you’ll handle daily

• Operate and closely monitor metalworking machines to turn raw material into high‑quality components.
• Perform routine maintenance and hands‑on troubleshooting to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet exact specifications.
• Move and position heavy materials safely, following established safety procedures.
• Work with the team to improve throughput, resolve production challenges, and enhance quality.
• Record production results and machine performance metrics with accuracy and clarity.

What you bring

• Proven background as a metal machine operator (or closely related role).
