Your Impact

• Read and apply weld symbols and blueprints
• Execute MIG/TIG welding and run robotic welding processes
• Perform freehand aluminum welding and work confidently with steel and stainless
• Use a tape measure with precision; verify tolerances
• Operate a large belt sander for finishing and prep
• Maintain a clean work environment; follow PPE and all safety protocols

What You Bring

• 1+ years of welding experience
• Consistent, dependable attendance and performance
• Background in industrial manufacturing preferred

Work Environment & Physical Expectations

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to position weld apparatus in any required orientation
• Standing for long periods; bending, kneeling, stooping as needed
• Exposure to shop conditions: noise, dust, odors, chemicals

Physical weld testing on-site must be acceptable.
