    • Use a 10X microscope for assembly and inspection tasks
    • Perform precision hand soldering, rework, and hot plate reflow (through‑hole and SMT)
    • Complete coil winding; cut shields and straps to spec
    • Apply epoxy staking and perform potting operations
    • Support electronics tuning, leak testing, and product validation
    • Follow written work instructions, schematics, and formal assembly procedures
    • Keep a clean bench and uphold strict quality standards

    Must‑have background

    • 2+ years in electronics assembly
    • Experience with small parts/micro‑assembly
    • Through‑hole and SMT soldering proficiency
    • Comfortable working under a microscope (required)
    • Strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
    • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
    • Dependable attendance and strong team collaboration

    Nice to have

    • IPC‑A‑610 or J‑STD certification
    • Background in RF, aerospace, defense, or medical devices
    • Coil winding or epoxy potting experience

    Compliance

    Requirements:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
