Make an impact in microelectronics

Do you thrive on meticulous work where every micron matters? Join us to build ceramic-based microcircuits through a blend of thick-film printing, controlled furnace firing, and microscope-level assembly.

What you’ll tackle

  • Screen-print conductive, non-conductive, and resistor pastes onto ceramic substrates using established thick-film techniques.
  • Run high-temperature belt furnaces to fire materials to specification.
  • Assemble micro-scale components under a microscope using soldering equipment and precision hand tools.
  • Verify dimensions and performance with measurement equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
  • Complete additional assembly operations: solder/epoxy die attach and hand-soldering leads to SSPCs.
  • Follow production process layouts, choosing the correct methods and sequences for each build.
  • Select and kit components for subassemblies and final assemblies.
  • Perform rework as required; document findings and maintain accuracy.
  • Use a computer to access work instructions, prints, and specifications.
  • Uphold safety and company policies while continually building your skill set.

What you bring

  • Excellent hand–eye coordination and comfort with small hand tools.
  • Basic PC skills and sound math ability.
  • Proficiency reading/understanding specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to have

  • Technical coursework, training, or certification.

Work hours

Full-time; first shift.

Physical demands

  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting with continuous manipulation of small components.
  • Color differentiation and sustained close-focus vision.

Technical strengths we value

  • Equipment troubleshooting and general troubleshooting
  • Machine building/assembling; mechanical assembly
  • Soldering; electrical/electronic systems
  • Pneumatics troubleshooting
  • Rigid Metal Conduit (RMT)
