It’s 7 a.m. in Granite City, IL. You pull on your hood, line up your first joint, and lay down a clean bead—because precision is your signature. As our Precision MIG/TIG Fabrication Welder, you’ll be a key player in a supportive, innovative shop where craftsmanship is valued and growth is encouraged. This full-time role pays $28 per hour.

What You’ll Make Happen

You’ll move from print to part with confidence—studying blueprints and technical drawings, setting your machines, and selecting the right process for the job. Whether it’s MIG, TIG, or Stick, you’ll fuse components to spec, then inspect and test your work to confirm it meets quality and safety standards. Between runs, you’ll maintain welding equipment and tools so every arc starts crisp and every cut stays true. You’ll also coordinate with teammates to keep production on track and consistently follow safety protocols to protect yourself and your crew.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in welding is a plus)
• Proven welding experience and a portfolio that shows your skill
• Hands-on knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick processes and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
