Step Into a Precision Welding Role
Picture your day: you arrive to a clean, well-organized fabrication floor serving projects across Forney, Rockwall, Kaufman, Wills Point, Terrell, and Royse City. You review the production schedule, pull prints, lay out your parts to 1/16" accuracy, and get to work. By mid-morning you’ve moved from structural MIG passes on a frame to a fine TIG bead on stainless, keeping tolerances tight and throughput high. In the afternoon, you help a teammate on a rush job, confirm your weld profiles, and leave your station spotless—ready for the next shift.
About the Role
We are hiring experienced MIG and TIG welders for a fast-paced metal fabrication/manufacturing environment in the Production / Welding department. This is hands-on fabrication—more than running beads. You’ll fit, fabricate, measure, troubleshoot, and keep production moving while maintaining safety and quality.
