Step onto the floor for the shift that fits your life—starting at either 6:00am or 2:15pm—and dive into blueprint‑driven fabrication. Your day revolves around interpreting detailed drawings, setting your parameters, and laying down consistent MIG welds to bring components to spec. You’ll navigate a high‑heat environment safely, keep your station spotless, and take pride in work that meets rigorous quality standards.

What you’ll do

• Use MIG processes to weld steel components in alignment with blueprints/drawings and project specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine materials, joints, and sequence of operations.
• Work confidently in high-temperature conditions while following safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and care for equipment to ensure reliability and quality output.

Schedule options

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:15 pm – 10:45pm

Compensation

Pay based on experience.
