The role

• Run CNC machinery and plasma cutting systems to achieve tight tolerances
• Translate blueprints, schematics, and work orders into efficient setups
• Set machine parameters, adjust offsets, and verify first-piece quality
• Cut metal materials precisely to specification
• Inspect finished components and document quality checks
• Perform routine machine maintenance and uphold safety practices

What you’ll need

• Experience as a CNC Machinist or Plasma Cutter Operator (required)
• Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of machining and metal fabrication fundamentals
• High attention to detail; accuracy is a must
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and work in a manufacturing environment

Schedule & pay

• Full-time, day shift with a consistent schedule
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Compensation: $18–$28/hour (commensurate with experience)
