Your Mission

Transform flat sheet metal into exact, specification-driven components using a press brake. You’ll set the stage—tooling in place, programs loaded, and settings tuned—then run with purpose to meet production schedules without compromising quality.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a press brake to manufacture sheet metal parts and assemblies
• Prepare press tooling (punch and die); download and run programs at the machine control
• Make precise adjustments to maintain consistency and throughput
• Interpret technical drawings and work orders to guide set-up and inspections
• Monitor quality and quantities; inspect finished pieces against standards and specifications
• Confirm raw materials are available to keep work moving
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on equipment and work area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; follow safety policies and protocols

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of Press Brake operating experience
• Strong understanding of punch/die tooling and set-up practices
• Proficiency with measuring tools: square, tape measure, caliper, protractor
• Ability to read drawings and translate them into accurate machine settings
• Solid basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication
• Safety-first mindset
