What you’ll do

• Perform a variety of hands-on operations aligned to documented work instructions and quality standards
• Operate production machinery safely (training provided)
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area
• Partner with teammates to achieve production targets

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $26.52

When you’ll work

You must be able to work all available shifts:

• 1st Shift - 6:45AM – 2:45PM
• 2nd Shift - 2:45PM – 10:45PM
• 3rd Shift - 10:45PM – 6:45PM
• Weekend Crew - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon – 6:45AM – 6:45PM, 6:45PM – 6:45AM, 10:45AM – 10:45PM, 10:45PM – 10:45AM

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience; no manufacturing background required—training provided
• Flexibility to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to follow safety rules and detailed instructions in a fast-paced industrial environment

Proficiency

You should be proficient in: Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
