    Description

    Shape quality that moves industries

At Hall Industries, we’ve spent nearly six decades powering customers from aviation to engineering with machined components, fabrications, and assemblies. From our Ellwood City, PA facility, our reliability comes from a skilled team committed to innovative, exacting work. We’re hiring a full-time Precision Quality Assurance Technician to help us raise the bar every day.

    A day in the life

You arrive on the day shift ready to partner with production. You review current jobs, pick up your micrometers and calipers, and move between stations to inspect parts and products using mechanical and electrical equipment. As nonconformances appear, you facilitate cross-functional problem solving—looping in the right departments, coordinating corrective actions, and documenting outcomes. Throughout, you guide teams on quality control techniques, ensure QC documents land in the correct job files, and keep processes aligned with ISO 9001 and 13485 requirements.

    What you’ll do

    • Provide hands-on quality and technical guidance to production teams.
    • Troubleshoot day-to-day quality issues across parts, products, and processes; coordinate with affected departments and report solutions.
    • Coach others on quality control methods to maintain and enhance manufacturing operations.
    • Inspect parts/products with appropriate measuring tools and equipment; record and communicate results.
    • Process and file QC documentation in the associated job files.
    • Support production needs with timely quality insight.
    • Ensure processes and policies conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.

    What you bring

    • 2+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to read part drawings and apply tolerances.
    • Working knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001 & 13485 (or comparable quality systems).
    • Proficiency with inspection tools, including micrometers and calipers.
    • High School Diploma.

    • Magnetic Particle Testing experience, including certification.
    • Internal auditing experience.
