Your Day, at a Glance
You arrive to a clean, well-organized cell and review work instructions for the next run. After a quick safety check, you bring automated production equipment online and begin monitoring cycle performance. Throughout the shift, you verify that every part leaving your station is shipment-ready by performing a thorough final inspection against customer specifications and internal quality standards. You capture measurement data, note abnormalities, and keep your area aligned with 5S so the next job can start without delay.
When something looks off, you pause, investigate, and communicate—escalating equipment concerns, material issues, or quality risks right away. Your tools of the trade include calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual standards, and your documentation is on point—accurate, timely, and complete.
