Core responsibilities
Maintain and repair stamping dies to ensure production readiness
Adjust, fine-tune, and modify tooling for quality and uptime
Troubleshoot independently to minimize downtime
Work alongside press operators and production teams to sustain flow
Perform required welding for tooling repair
Qualifications
Experienced Tool & Die Maker
Stamping or automotive manufacturing background preferred
Direct experience with stamping presses
Self-directed problem solver with strong mechanical aptitude
Welding experience required
High school diploma required; technical training preferred

Tool/Die/Mold repair
Tool/Die/Mold setup
Pay & perks
$37+ per hour, commensurate with experience
$0.30/hour shift differential
