The role
Based in McAlester, OK, you’ll help us deliver high-quality products in a safety-first, team-driven environment.
What you’ll do
- Weld and fabricate metal parts and assemblies per specification.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to plan and execute work.
- Set up and operate MIG, TIG, and stick equipment efficiently.
- Verify quality and conformance through thorough inspection of finished work.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation while following all safety protocols.
- Partner with teammates to troubleshoot fabrication and fit-up issues.
- Engage in continuous training and development to sharpen welding skills.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade/vocational welding training is a plus.
- Hands-on welding background in a fabrication setting.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes and safety practices.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills.
- Effective working solo or as part of a team.
- Welding certification preferred but not required.
