What you’ll do

• Operate and oversee wireforming machines safely and efficiently.
• Load wire, perform startups/shutdowns, and complete changeovers with confidence.
• Use blueprints, work orders, and production travelers to guide production.
• Verify quality with calipers, micrometers, protractors, and optical comparators.
• Assist with tooling changes, machine setups, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Adjust processes to hold tolerance, maintain quality, and reduce scrap.
• Adhere to PPE and all safety procedures at all times.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude, careful workmanship, and the ability to follow instructions.
• Background in manufacturing, machine operation, blueprint reading, or inspection is a plus.
• Ability to stand, lift, and work effectively in a production environment.
