Description
EstimatorPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project scope and budget. Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for various project components. Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure budget compliance throughout the project life cycle. Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Maintain an up-to-date database of costs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
