Job Title: Precon Manager
Job Overview:
- Lead the preconstruction phase of projects from inception to completion
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for projects
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in preconstruction or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
