    • Manage preconstruction operations, serving as liaison between client, designers, and construction team

    • Provide technical input on treatment technologies (e.g., RO, UV, AOP) to optimize cost and schedule

    • Lead GMP development and pricing strategy, including early works packages

    • Conduct technical reviews and coordinate constructability assessments

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

    • Strong technical understanding of advanced water treatment technologies (RO, UV, AOP, etc.)

    • Experience working on public works and low-bid design-bid-build projects is a plus

    • Prior estimating experience on water/wastewater infrastructure projects

    • Willingness to travel as required

    Benefits

    • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives

    • Comprehensive benefits package including:

      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
