Job TitleJoin top ENR GC driving growth in healthcare sectorJob DescriptionLead full-cycle preconstruction for healthcare projects. Develop conceptual budgets, estimates, and GMPs. Manage subcontractor bidding, scope alignment, and procurement strategy. Conduct value engineering and constructability reviews. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers during design phases. Support transition from preconstruction to operations teams. Contribute to business development and client relationship management. Strong background in healthcare construction (required). Experience managing full preconstruction lifecycle, not just estimating. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Experience with negotiated or design-build delivery preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
