Develop and manage preconstruction budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. Lead the preconstruction team in preparing detailed cost estimates for mixed commercial, K-12, municipal, and private construction projects. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded. Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and project schedules. Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase. Provide guidance on value engineering and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality service. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance preconstruction processes.
