Strong bonus based on performance.About Our ClientOur client is a reputable organization in the property and construction industry, known for delivering high-quality projects in the healthcare sector. As a mid-sized company, they specialize in providing tailored solutions, leveraging their expertise to meet the unique needs of their clients.Job DescriptionCollaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project requirements and objectives during the preconstruction phase.Develop detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.Lead bid solicitation, evaluation, and contract negotiations with subcontractors and vendors.Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate challenges during project planning.Review construction documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoff from preconstruction to construction phases.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to healthcare construction.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
