Preconstruction ManagerWe are partnering with a leading, nationally recognized general contractor to appoint a Preconstruction Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction. This organization is known for its strong project pipeline, industry reputation, and commitment to innovation, making it an excellent platform for long-term career growth.Job DescriptionLead the preconstruction process for healthcare projects from initial concept through to project handoverDevelop and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering strategiesCollaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align design with budget and schedule objectivesPrepare and present proposals, bid packages, and project scopesIdentify risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in placeSupport business development efforts, including client presentations and relationship managementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare construction standards, codes, and best practicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
