Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager’s Responsibilities:

  • Lead ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, change orders, and client communication.
  • Oversee site development, structural work, MEP coordination, and critical building systems.
  • Collaborate with owners, design teams, and trade partners to deliver successful, high-quality project

The Successful Preconstruction manager will have:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience leading large-scale ground-up commercial projects, with experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or multifamily preferred.
  • Proven success managing projects from site development through final turnover, including budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Experience coordinating complex building systems, MEP scopes, utilities, and structural components including foundations, underground utilities, fire/life-safety systems, and concrete structures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive projects forward and build strong relationships with owners, teams, and trade partners.
