Job Description

ThePreconstruction Manager's Responsibilities:

• Developaccurate, competitive estimatesfor commercial construction projects from initial concept through negotiated contract.
• Dive intodrawings, specifications, and project documentsto build detailed scopes and identify project opportunities.
• Drive preconstruction strategy throughbudgeting, value engineering, bid preparation, and cost analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships withclients, consultants, subcontractors, and trade partnersacross the Nevada market.
• Help identify and pursuehigh-value project opportunities, using market knowledge and relationships to fuel continued growth.
• Partner closely withoperations and executive leadershipto ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.
• Play an active role inbusiness development, representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

TheSuccessful Preconstructionmanager will have:

• Bring5+ years of commercial GC preconstruction experiencewith a strong command of estimating, construction methods, and the local subcontractor market.
• Leverage establishedNevada industry relationshipsto build partnerships and uncover new opportunities.
• Thrive in ahybrid estimating and business development role, balancing technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities.
• Bring strongcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsto every project and partnership.
