Job Details

Location: Indianapolis, IN (in-office)
Reports to: President

• Develop budget estimates and GMPs
• Perform quantity takeoffs
• Review estimates for accuracy
• Maintain and leverage a historical cost database
• Conduct scope gap reviews and bid leveling
• Develop buyout strategy and lead subcontract negotiations
• Build out bid packages
• Track Value Engineering items and ensure incorporation before contract execution
• Coordinate with design teams throughout preconstruction
• Lead constructability reviews
• Support owner agreement development, exhibits, and attachments
• Ensure proposal quality, clear qualifications/exclusions, and sound schedule assumptions
• Assemble complete turnover packages
• Lead scope review with the Project Manager
• Validate budgets and drive procurement strategy, including early long-lead planning
