Job Details

This is a hands-on preconstruction role, not a management role. You will prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects under CMAR and Design-Build delivery. You will be client-facing — attending owner meetings, presenting scopes, and maintaining relationships through the preconstruction process.

You will work hand-in-hand with the operations team from pursuit through project kickoff, ensuring budgets, scopes, and schedules are aligned before a shovel hits the ground. Operations experience is strongly preferred — if you have spent time in the field or as a PM before moving into precon, that background is an asset here.

Primary project types: medical, higher education, K-12, and commercial — new construction and renovations. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage other estimators. It is a role for someone who wants to own the precon process and work closely with the people who build the work.
