Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts from early conceptual budgeting through final GMP
Develop detailed cost estimates, schedules, and value-engineering options
Partner closely with operations, design teams, and ownership to align scope, budget, and execution strategy
Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope reviews
Identify cost risks and opportunities early and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Support business development pursuits, presentations, and client interviews as needed

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in preconstruction and estimating with a general contractor
Strong understanding of conceptual estimating, cost modeling, and constructability
Proven ability to lead preconstruction efforts on complex projects
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in design-build environments preferred
