Job Details
Own preconstruction from concept to GMP. Partner with owners, architects, and ops to shape scope, budget, and schedule before a shovel hits the ground.

What you'll do:

• Lead conceptual, SD, DD, and GMP estimates
• Run design-build and CM-at-risk pursuits
• Drive value engineering and constructability reviews
• Build and manage subcontractor bid lists and trade coverage
• Develop budgets, schedules, risk registers, and qualifications
• Present estimates and strategy to owners and design teams
• Hand off clean, bought-out projects to operations

What you bring:

• 7+ years in estimating/precon with a GC or CM
• Healthcare, senior living, multifamily, or industrial experience
• Strong conceptual estimating and self-perform/trade scope knowledge
• Comfortable in front of clients – you help win work
• [Software: Procore, Bluebeam, ProEst, Sage, etc.]
• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent)
