Pregnancy Client Advocate (PCA)

Full Time (32 hours per week)
$19 - $21.50 per hour
Christian Family Care (CFC) is seeking a compassionate, ministry-minded advocate to support individuals facing unplanned pregnancies. This role offers real-time emotional and practical support, guiding clients through parenting and adoption decisions with integrity and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusting relationships and attend critical appointments
- Provide unbiased decision-making support and referrals
- Prepare legal documentation and maintain case records
- Educate clients and families on adoption and parenting options
- Collaborate with CFC programs and community partners
Qualifications:
- Masters in Social Work or related field + 1 year experience OR Bachelors + 2+ years in advocacy or human services
- Strong communication, crisis management, and documentation skills
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with CFCs values
- Valid drivers license, CPR/First Aid certification, and on-call availability
