Location: Hybrid; 2 days per week required in-person in our NYC offices, with additional days as needed to fulfill job duties
Salary: Pregnancy Justice sets salaries based on years ofrelevant experience and its organizational pay scale. This position is internally designated as a Director-level role. Anticipated Salary for candidates with 10-12 years of relevant experience is $126,252–$132,644, with placement as follows:

Position Summary: The Major Gifts Officer is a newly created position that will lead strategy and execution for individual giving, including major gifts, while strengthening the infrastructure necessary to support revenue growth. The Major Gifts Officer will be responsible for all aspects of the individual and major donor giving cycle, including donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
The Major Gifts Officer works collaboratively and interdepartmentally within Pregnancy Justice and will partner closely with the President in fundraising efforts. The position is internally designated at the Director level and will supervise the Development Associate. The Major Gifts Officer reports to the Chief of Staff.
