About the Role:
Join Kiddie Round-Up Inc as a PreK 3 Teacher Assistant and play a vital role in nurturing young minds! We are looking for a passionate individual to support our dynamic teaching team in creating a fun and engaging learning environment. These jobs are located at 2 Harmony Public School Campuses: Harmony Science Academy; 930 E Rundberg Ln, Austin, TX 78753 and Harmony School of Innovation; 2100 E St Elmo Rd Suite A, Austin, TX 78744. This is a PreK partnership between and Early Childhood Learning Center and a Public School District. 






Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and group activities.
• Support classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Help with the preparation of educational materials and resources.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social and emotional development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including record keeping and organization.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, CDA; or degree in early childhood education preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children.
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the classroom.
