Principal Responsibilities: The JCC is seeking qualified PreK-3 Teachers to join our team. Candidates must be warm, friendly, reliable, patient and energetic team players. Must have strong communication skills, and love working with children. We offer a warm and friendly working environment with a lot of perks, including membership and benefits for full-time employees. Our program offers child-centered, family-oriented programs for children 6 weeks to 5 years old. Educated and trained professionals bring deep commitment and a love of children to our classrooms. We foster a childs natural instincts and curiosity by providing a nurturing, comfortable, joyful, and developmentally appropriate environment. We also support the whole family, through programs and activities designed to build community and engagement for parents and caregivers.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma CPR/First aid certified - We can certify Experience working with PreK-3 a plus Strong knowledge and understanding of child development principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt to the needs of each child Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, At least 2 years of documented experience working in childcare, daycare, or preschool required; volunteer, babysitting, and nanny experience may also be considered.
Salary: $35,000 - $45,000
