Our goal is to prepare each child for kindergarten while helping them build confidence, character, and a love for learning through structured routines and hands-on experiences.
Position Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher who has a heart for children and a love for early childhood education. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and structured classroom while incorporating faith-based values into daily learning.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Create a structured, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
Incorporate faith-based principles and positive character building into daily activities
Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations
Communicate regularly and professionally with parents
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
Work collaboratively with staff and administration
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and prepared
Complete required assessments and documentation
Qualifications:
Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children (required)
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Passion for working with children in a faith-based setting
Ability to meet state licensing requirements

Inability to model positive behavior and values
