About the Role:
Chippewa Noah's Ark LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated PreK Counts Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Beaver Falls, PA. Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate PreK Counts curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania's early learning standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children
- Conduct ongoing child assessments and track developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and classroom activities
- Collaborate with program staff, administrators, and community partners to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with PreK Counts program requirements
- Participate in professional development and required training sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education required
- Pennsylvania teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (PK-4) required
- Prior experience working with preschool or PreK-aged children
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania PreK Counts program guidelines and requirements is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood development
- Ability to pass required background checks and clearances per Pennsylvania state regulations

Dedicated Educators
Our classes are taught by dedicated and experienced educators. All teachers maintain a CDA, Associates or Bachelors degree in EC Education and use the PA Learning Standards and teaching strategies. They make sure that every student finds a path to success.
Preschool
We embrace a learning environment that will prepare the children for the future. Our classes incorporate traditional learning styles as well as hands-on experiences. We offer 3,4,and 5 year old Preschool. We also transition with local Kindergarten classes.
