We're Hiring! Pre-K Teacher

Little Learners Child Care Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and enjoy creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.


Position: Pre-K Teacher


Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with Massachusetts EEC guidelines.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Maintain accurate classroom documentation and observations.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team.

Qualifications:

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher qualifications for Preschool.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and dependable.
• A genuine love for working with young children.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
