Responsibilities -----------------

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Support childrens individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

Qualifications -------------

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children
• Curriculum training will be provided
• Knowledge of Texas State Minimum Standards preferred
• Degree or CDA preferred

Compensation ------------

Salary Range: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shift Schedule: Full Time
