Our Pittsfield client is seeking a PreMatch Technician to join their manufacturing team. This role is key in ensuring color consistency, quality, and efficiency in the production process. If youre detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you. Pay range is $20.50-$21.50

Prepare and match inks to production orders for consistency
Perform in-process color checks and mid-run ink adjustments
Verify ink weights and contents to meet quality standards
Document processes and maintain accurate production records
Approve batches for printing operations
Enter ink formulations into computer systems
Communicate essential information to the next shift
Support smooth production flow with safe and efficient work practices
Positive attitude and dependable attendance
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Able to lift 40+ lbs and obtain forklift certification
Accurate color vision (for precise matching)
Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills required
Vocational training in machine shop operations preferred
Prior manufacturing or related experience a plus
