Overview

The Premier Client Implementation Specialist will be a member of the Premier Team to on-board, train and support new customers as they are signed with Allegiance.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who can communicate with confidence, manage multiple projects, and ensure that each client’s first 90 days are nothing short of exceptional.

This role will work as a liaison between the Sales and Client Experience Teams while maintaining relationships with Allegiance customers.  The ability  to delegate responsibilities as needed will be imperative.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Team Members to provide white-glove hand-offs and maintain continuity in client experience
  • Own the on-boarding experience for newly signed clients, ensuring a smooth and confident transition into Allegiance’s platform
  • Configure and customize Allegiance’s fintech solutions based on each client’s operational needs, compliance requirements, and business goals
  • Lead live training sessions for executive teams and operations staff, clearly demonstrating product value and best practices
  • Deliver high-touch support through the critical first 90 days, acting as the client’s go-to resource for success
  • Track and document in CRM and support systems to ensure clear visibility and proactive problem-solving
  • Identify opportunities to streamline on-boarding workflows and contribute to process improvements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
  • Ability to quickly adapt to evolving client needs, product updates, and fast-paced team dynamics

Skills & Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or Comparable Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in high level sales or customer support role
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Must possess a good technical aptitude and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to grow and expand duties and assist where needed
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data visualization tools
