DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies and secures SaaS customers by following established sales processes which includes providing sound recommendations through a consultative approach. Supports clients as the base of client size grows via networking, referrals from existing clients, company initiated prospecting programs, and self-generated prospecting.
- Uses the appropriate systems to complete all paperwork associated with new and assigned accounts within the timeframes established.
- Attends sales meetings and training.
- Represents Thryv in the Honolulu community by being a member of various business groups including BNI groups, Chamber groups, and others.

- Strong industry knowledge with an in-depth understanding of sales related best practices and the ability to consistently meet and exceed all stated targets and objectives.
- Technical expertise with a deep understanding of how the Thryv software works as well as the ability to demonstrate use of the software to existing and potential clients.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence others.
- Demonstrated high energy, customer orientation, self-motivation, and results-driven attitude with the ability to meet clients at their business establishment.

- Analytical, decision making, and negotiating skills with the ability to exhibit leadership qualities.
- Ability to utilize industry related software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a remote environment, conducting sales presentations both in-person and virtually.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education (Required): Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience
Experience (Required): 2+ years of related experience
Experience (Preferred): 5+ years of related experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
Travel: Between 50% and 75% of the time (local day trips; overnight travel not expected)
This position requires that the SaaS Business Advisor customarily and regularly engage with clients in-person at the clients place of business greater than fifty percent (>50%) of the time within the Honolulu metro area. A successful candidate will not be able to conduct the majority of their client meetings via Zoom/Teams/Phone from their home.
Remote Work Eligibility: Ineligible for fully remote work; in-person work is expected
Physical Factors: Sedentary to light work: remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods with occasional movement. Seldomly to occasionally exerting 10-20 lbs of force, occasionally to frequently exerting up to 10 lbs of force.
Environmental Factors: Minimal exposure; temperature-controlled environment with infrequent exposure to dust, fumes, or temperature extremes.
COMPANY STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
