Are you highly organized, analytical, and detail oriented? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and collaborating across teams? We are looking for a Premium Administration Analyst to join our growing Premium Administration team supporting the FSAFEDS/BENEFEDS federal benefits program.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring premium billing and payroll deductions are processed accurately and efficiently for enrollees nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, reconciliation, reporting, and making a direct impact on customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Research and resolve payroll deduction discrepancies and billing issues
- Analyze premium files, reports, and reconciliation data
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly billing activity
- Process refunds, enrollment updates, and account adjustments
- Collaborate with payroll offices, customer service teams, and carrier partners
- Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with established performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- 1+ year of experience in payroll, employee benefits, insurance administration, or related operations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with employee benefits or insurance programs
- Experience reviewing database reports and reconciling data
- Familiarity with payroll deduction processes
