Job Description:
This job is responsible for helping clients with complex trading, servicing, and relationship needs. Key responsibilities include managing a book of high-net-worth, self-directed clients, serving as primary point of contact for all trading needs, operating in a way to constantly search for opportunities to enhance client delight and advancing our standing as the client's sole financial institution. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Series 7 and 66 licensing required; if Series 66 not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days
Minimum 3 - 5 years of investment, trading and brokerage experience
Experience with advanced trading strategies, options, fixed income and margin
Ability to use sound judgment when making decisions, identifying solutions and resolving elevated issues
Ability to manage risk and the overall client experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints; adjusts rapidly to changing demands and priorities
Ability to work in a team environment in order to meet targets and deadlines
Foster relationships with leadership peers and collaborate to improve processes that impact the client experience
Ensures complete and efficient business/client interactions; confident and engaging presence
Must be flexible to work hours of operation

Desired Qualifications:
Wealth management and private client experience
Knowledge of the Enterprise platforms (US Trust, BAC, Advisory)
Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA), and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Formulaic incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee’s performance against defined metrics.
