Premium Hospitality Experience Program

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team. In this Part Time role, you will support all facets of Guest Services for our new Premium Hospitality Experience Program, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team

Deliver exceptional hospitality and white-glove guest service during ticketed events at Mortgage Matchup Center

Welcome and guide Premium guests in various areas of the arenaScan tickets and distribute credentials for premium spacesEscort guests throughout clubs, suites and premium seating locationsAssist with VIP events and guest experiences

Learn and execute Premium operational standards

Work collaboratively with other departments of Security, F&B, Marketing, Ticket Sales, Global Partnerships, and Premium Experience teams

Participate in leadership development training classes

Present a final capstone project at the conclusion of the program

Your Skills and Experience

Current junior or senior students pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Sports Business, Event Management or related field OR recent graduates (within two years)Previous experience in premium hospitality, concierge services, guest relations, hotel operations, theme parks or related fields preferredPassion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele at any timeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and situational awarenessExcellent situational awareness, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skillsProfessional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all timesAvailability to work evenings, weekends and holidays during the NBA season (October - May)
