Preop/Recovery RN (PRN)

JOB TITLE: Preop Recovery Registered Nurse (PRN)

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: 

Assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and centers policies. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License.  
• CPR required.  
• ACLS, PALS required.  
• Minimum one year in pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative surgical patient care.

Experience

• 1 year(s): Min 1 year in Pre-op/PACU, prefer multiple service line experience

Education

• Associates or better in Nursing

Licenses & Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Sup
• Pediatric Adv Life Sup
• Basic Life Support

• Registered Nurse
