Baker Position at Cupcakin' Bake Shop

Seeking a skilled and experienced baker to join our prep team. At Cupcakin' Bake Shop, you'll have the opportunity to prepare batters, caramel, curds, frostings, and cookie doughs from scratch, alongside a team-oriented and collaborative team. We are looking for a leader who can effectively and efficiently work in a large-scale bakery. The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized, diligent, team-oriented, pays attention to details, is proactive, able to lift 50 lbs, keeps a clean work environment, works well with others, and takes initiative.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of previous culinary experience or prep/baking experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working with large-scale equipment.
• Ability to work in cross-functional roles as needed.
• You should have reliable transportation.
• Weekend Availability Preferred

Certifications:

ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification.
