- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all ingredients
- Assist with kitchen organization and daily prep list execution
- Support the culinary team to ensure smooth service operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Prep Chef or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
