SAGE Dining Services is seeking a dependable Hot Prep Cook to join our team at a private school dining hall in Austin, TX. In this role, you'll support our daytime cooks in preparing lunch for a community of approximately 1,000 students and staff.We're looking for someone who is comfortable in a kitchen environment and has a solid foundation in cooking and food prep. The ideal candidate can jump in and contribute right away with strong knife skills, bulk prep, and batch cooking, while also following HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.If you're eager to learn, work as part of a team, and grow your skills in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you join us!Schedule:Monday - Friday7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
