Description: We are currently looking for a prep cook at Tatsu-Ya full service locations! Must be able to move quickly and work efficiently with great attention to detail. We have an open kitchen, live fire cooking with oak wood and binchotan, and opportunities to expand your knowledge on Japanese culture, cuisine, and zymology/in-house fermented foods.
