Prep Cook

The Fiamma Commissary kitchen is looking for hard-working and reliable employees for our prep kitchen. We prepare recipes from scratch for Fiamma Pizza and Fiamma Burger daily. We take pride in using good ingredients!!! This is a perfect job for an individual whom loves to cook, know how to follow a recipe and prefers a non-retail cooking environment.

Responsibilities:

•  Ability to follow a recipe
•  Prepare cooked and non-cooked food with consistency
• To guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices, inspect and clean food preparation facilities such as equipment and work surfaces
• Check for quality and maintain rotation of products to ensure freshness of food and ingredients.
• Maintain temperature logs, keep walk-in cooler freezer organized

Qualifications:

• Able to obtain WA State Food Handlers Card
•  Ability to ride a delivery trike. 
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
•  Ability to work standing for 7+ hours
